Emma Cammack worked with Agência Terruá in Brazil on this project. Along with a psychologist, a writer and a photographer Emma worked with 6 breast cancer survivors to tell their stories using bodypaint as a medium. The project was commissioned by Alta Diagnosticas in Sao Paolo. The project created a series of studio images along with 6 films telling the survivor’s stories were produced as part of a wider exhibition. A book “Historias Na Pele” has since been published in Brazil documenting the project.
The campaign has won an Award in Brazil, Colonistas 2018.
